Press and hold over two seconds after cleansing, then double-press quickly whenever changing the light colour. Move the head gently with full skin contact as the skincare absorbs. The main guide allows five to ten minutes per session, up to three daily, with low starting intensity and adjustment for comfort. Follow eye-area instructions and avoid direct eye contact. A manual is included, but a charging cable and charger are not; the specified supply is USB Type-C, DC 5V, maximum 2A.
